Physical products, including printed copies, are final sale and nonrefundable. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to digital purchases.
Request a refund
Sign in to your purchase library using the email you used at checkout. Choose “Request a digital refund” on your order. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
Clarity reviews your request and refunds the digital items you are returning, including applicable tax, to your original payment method. Your bank's processing time may vary. Access and the license to refunded items end; delete any downloaded copies.
